Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: When your game crashes as a dog handler and you fly back in you are not able to control your dog, even if you set it as your patrol dog prior to the game crash. If the dog is in a car, you have no choice but to drive back to PD to park the car and reset it
Provide a full description of the bug: Get a dog, mark it as a patrol dog, store it in a car, close your game. You wont' be able to interact with the dog again because it's stuck in the car. A good fix would be an extra option on dog cars to set any dogs inside as your patrol dog.
