Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: UI not working
Provide a full description of the bug: I keep getting it where my screen refreshes and I am then unable to use anything in my UI. When this happens I also loose all my contacts, messages and am unable to access tweedle. Has anyone else has this issue and able to help.

I was having this a few weeks ago around Halloween, I was told it's the built in browser crashing that the phone and such uses, but dno why it happens it just does, had it happen like 6 times one night and never had it again since

I have helped 2 people with this problem and I manage to fix it although I have a sample size of 2 I believe it has something to do with the having your GPU driver as well as having Microsoft's generic display driver installed at the same time if you use DDU to uninstall your GPU driver and reinstall it make sure Microsoft's generic display driver does not install and it may fix you issue @Matthew Munday please let me if this helps
