Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Third eye interaction to check into a hospital was not appearing.
Provide a full description of the bug: When trying to check in to paleto hospital, in an incapacitaqted state, the archie's eye interaction was not appearing. Relogging did not fix the issue. Staff revived my character and then incapacitated it again, then the interaction became available.
