Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Radio channel 23 (Ranger SHARED emergency radio) doesn't have long range
Provide a full description of the bug: We did a quick test of radio 21 vs 23 and we were able to hear people speak from long range on channel 21 but NOT on channel 23, it seems to not have the mega range.
