Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Quick Cuff
Provide a full description of the bug: This has been an issue for me for some time now, but quick cuff only seem to work now if u spam the life out of Alt+R. It doesn't work how it uses to, and I know other officers have the same issue. I now just put my cuffs in the number 6 slot.

When I started RP, I used medal and never had an issue while medal was running. I did switch over to Nvidia for about 2 weeks before going back to medal, but I can't remember if this was when the issue started, I don't believe so.

I have tested my keyboard to make sure all my keys are working, which they are. So am out of ideas TBH, I feel it may be a City issue.

I’m having the exact same issue. Cuffing has always worked for me with no issues, however the last week it’s not worked.

I’ve tried using a keybind to cuff and also the old Alt + method to no avail.

Pretty sure I tried this I was told if u aim and do it works, but I will try again just to make sure.

Over the last few days I've started to pay more attention to when I cuff as I was noticing similar issues. From what I can tell, at least when it comes to taser/beanbag, you cannot cuff someone (at least not with ALT + R, haven't tried other methods) whilst they're on the ground spazzing out. Every single time someone has sat on the ground spazzing out, I'm spamming ALT + R, and it never seems to go through until the taser is about to run out, basically right before they get up to their feet is when the cuff finally seems to register. Don't know whether this is intentional (to prevent some other unintended side effect) or whether its a bug, but that's been my finding.

Whether the same issues presents itself through having cuffs in the hotbar or through usage of Archie's eye, is unknown to me, I haven't tested these.

So I have an update, I asked an officer to come test this with me and the Default ALT+R doesn't work unless u spam it. U will hear in the clip below, me spamming it,

So this officer told me he changed his to ALT+Q So I tried this, and it fixed the issue. It now works for me when I use ALT+Q

Honest to god didn't even know you could change the keybind, if I did I would've changed it ages ago. Cheers, will try out with a different keybind.
