Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: impound bug
Provide a full description of the bug: I went to go and pull my BMX out of the impound for £263 and I had £543 in the bank but it kept saying i had insufficient funds it would only let me pull the vehicle out when i went over £1000 in the bank , not sure whether this is intentional but raise it just incase.

Just to add on to this, when filling your empty water bottles up at a vending machine you have to be a £1 over the amount you need otherwise it will say insufficient funds as well, think its similar to this bug

Seems like the insurance impound is using the cost of the vehicle in the police impound, should also be sorted for a future update
