Provide a full description of the bug: Pointed out by one of the lovely NHS lads. In Sandy Shores hospital all the door logos are from the Coroners Office Los Santos. I mean I dont know the american system, but its a bit weird. Maybe the NHS logo or operating room or something else can go at the place of that logo
Coroners is to my understanding the Morgue Enjoyers.
So maybe we can have some more suiting logo or writing for the operating room than the place where dead people are delivered.
