Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Hunters are no longer able to make callsigns.
Provide a full description of the bug: Hunters are meant to be able to make a callsign called "HUNTER" this allows Rangers to see what Hunters are around but after speaking to some, they have lost the ability to make any callsign.
