Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Hat 255 unequips itself when put on
Provide a full description of the bug: When you put on hat 255 in a saved outfit in a wardrobe it will disappear until you've left the wardrobe, if you then check in at the hospital, prison or rejoin the server it won't be on your outfit anymore and you have to go put it back on at your wardrobe.
