Provide a full description of the bug: we was doing a 4 man garabage job got to the 40th task and broke down tried to push the truck and got pinged to the water

Fortunately this was most likely a one-off edge case we cannot do anything about. As such I'm going to go ahead and reject it, but thank you for reporting.
