Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Fuel Trailer Spawn Issue & Multiple RON Jobs
Provide a full description of the bug: 1. When the fuel trailers at the depot spawn, they seem to be either spawning at a bit of an angle or spawning slightly clipped in the ground causing them to wig out and fall over sideways. This has always happened but it seems to have been made worse with the recent spawn changes.
2. You can start multiple RON jobs and block everything.
