Provide a one sentence summary of the bug: Fire service cannot /carry people even when practically hugging them
Provide a full description of the bug: Title is self explanatory, when clocked on as fire service you become unable to carry people who aren't incapacitated. I'm not sure if this is also the case for incapacitated people as I wasn't able to test it.

I think it’s the same if there incap or not you can’t carry them even using the caps menu

I already noticed this issue yesterday and made a fix which will be in a future update. The issue only applies to firefighters so if you aren't a firefighter then you need to stand on top of the person to carry them (the same as civilians)
