Grove Street Vehicles and Locals

On Grove Street, we always have Purple Balla cars and Locals, as this is Grove Street Families turf in city, could this possibly be added to swap them out for Green vehicles/peds to give it more of an feel that it is Grove turf.  I know some of the locals are Green Grove ones but hoping this can remove the constant Balla coloured cars in the cul-de-sac.

Not sure if it's even possible? Might be but I assumed it wasent as TFA turf is covered in vargos that get aggressive at everything

i mean GTA V lore states Ballas owns grove street, so depending on how deeply we're following gta v lore it's accurate lol, i do get why you want it changed tho

If grove street gets changed, could we get the green cars at forum drive to purple?
