The member has to be online to actually kick someone. A lot of people have suggested a way to do this through the stats page but i'm not sure if its possible to be added due to the way Altis Life was made by the original developer best person to answer this is @Ciaran.
Would be great there was a way it could be done. The majority of our gang is inactive (we made the mistake of inviting people in as we met them) and would like to find a way to remove these people.
