Group base or Gang base

Could someone please inform if the is any difference between these two types of property that are both valued 10 million ? I mean a can buy a group base thats not marked on map over a Gang base that is but do they both have the same uses and upgrades . Thanks

They both have the same upgrades. Only difference is that one is marked and one is not.
