Green line on the map

What purpose does the green line on the map serve, why is it guarded and who can pass through? I saw trucks passing through but apperently i couldnt get through with my hatchback (i wanted to go to the meth dealer :D)

could anyone clarify
I posted it on the wrong subforum but @Scott1978answered with this

The green chunky line at the top left of the map marks the beginning and end of UNMC "liberated" territories and if you were taking meth through then the UNMC would stop you and explain any tax etc before you can pass

So what is the UNMC and will they allow me to passthrough with meth without a truck?

Thanks

The UNMC is a Non conformist military corps that controls that section of the island, they are a whitelisted rebel faction however unlike normal rebels prefer roleplay to constant gunfight, they would allow you to pass through the border as long as you pay a small amount of tax to any UNMC personnel operating the border at the time of your passing through.

Enjoy :)

Last time I checked UNMC do not like drugs passing their borders if they do allow it I think there would be a high tax. If not you could try and sneak through the border but if you get caught there can be consequences.

It all depends on the rp given, usually taxes are given but it all depends on what the situation is. If you approach the border and cooperate/pay taxes and obey the laws then you will be able to enter without any problems, if you break the road laws etc then there would be punishments etc.
