Graphics issues

Hi I’m having issues where I’m seeing floating cars etc it all just seems laggy I’ve turned my textures down to just high I would like to add I have a 5900x a 3090 and 64gb of ram so surly I shouldn’t need to turn anything down ?

Have you ensured that your texture budget is raised in your settings?

Yes it’s all the way up but I’m still getting floating cars in the sky

And is your graphics settings set to normal or high?  (setting it to normal is recommended)

No graphics mod I’m running all settings on very high but even turned down it does it
