Does anyone happen to know how I can make it so that gang members around me show up on the GPS, currently they do not and I know that it can be done

Your gang needs gps's and you need the skill/perk called "all seeing eye"

As a civilian you need the perk 'all seeing eye' to see gang members on the map (Remember that the gang members must have a GPS).

Are you sure they are in the gang?

Are you sure they have a GPS?

If they have bought a GPS do they have it in the GPS slot? (I menu)

If you are referring to the GPS on the right hand side (Right Ctrl + M) GPS locations do not show up on there, along with map icons. You just have to open up the regular map to look for the locations for gang members.

Open gps with right ctrl + M after that you close your gps and then open your gps again. 

If you do that you and your gangmembers should be visible on the gps
