Got two bans, not sure about the first one. (Perm ban)

In 27 December i got banned not sure for what (i was just driving inside kavala 120Kmh without hitting anyone or car) wanna know why did i get banned by you Vladic  and why i got un-banned by UNKNOWN ADMIN in 28 December. because i didn't buy  a new Arma 3 copy.

two days ago got banned for breaking NLR by wilco. - 4 January

so i think the first ban has a unknown reason and maybe i could have a second chance if you didn't ban me in the first place in the 27 December.
