Got RDM'ed but have no evidence

So basically me and my friend were killed by two guys who found us. they didn't interact with us the just shot us as soon as they saw us. However, I only have the name of one of the guys and have no evidence. I lost about 25K worth of stuff wich is a lot to me. So, is there any way of me being refunded or this guy getting banned even if I have no evidence?

Sorry but I do not believe he will get banned nor will you be compensated for someone rdming you if you have no evidence, be sure to somehow record your gameplay and/or screenshot your gear for proof of what you had, to record i would recommend using plays.tv or shadow play.

Hello @member87unas  @TempRsay without evidence its your word against his and he will not get banned.

As for your Compensated request it has ben refused for the same reason.

If you have a screenshot of the player that shot you or the name you can always try to talk to him on teamspeak,
If you dont want to do that alone there is Member support that can help you. Again with out evidence its always hard as its yours against his.

If you need any help dont wait just jump on teamspeak and ask for it.

make sure you have some sort of recording system as @TempRsuggested. its very helpfull in these things.
