Got rdm´d in my chopper and lost it (Refused)

I got killed when i was standing inside athira with my chopper and this dude comes and shoots me and takes the chopper and "chopchop" it and i lost 225k. is there any way i get the money or the chopper back? 

first time im posting on forum im not sure what i should do

If it was RDM, meaning he just randomly shot you and took your chopper, then sure. You could have compensation and even get the player banned if you have video proof
