Got name banned.... (Denied)

Apperantly since im playing from a cyber cafe... there are many other guys playing arma 3 thats for sure. soo basicly since im new to arma 3 i just logged in and was hype to play the game where i logged to this server since is has many player in it and my name was un-appropriate....."kiss my anal" that was the pre name i had, i changed my name after realizing it was a bad name but i was still banned from the pre name i had... please issue my case asap since i wasn't guilty :S.... all my friends play in this server X_X..... HELP ME PLZZZZ

Dude, I can tell you right now this won't work... For starters, it will be the ArmA 3 Steam profile that will be blocked so changing your name makes no difference. 

Secondly: A shared Steam profile in a cyber cafe? Really? This seems fishy. Plus, you need your Arma GUID to so admin can see who you actually are. 

Thirdly: Use the template provided or admin won't even consider your request. 

Fourthly: I can almost guarantee this request will not work so I'm saving the admins the time!

This is really weird,

on the basis of many people being able to play on one account, this could cause alot of problems in the future.

Denied for now.
