Got banned for what (Unbanned)

Hi guys/admins,

I just got banned about 5 minutes ago by Vladic Ka with the following message: 'Appeal to Altis'.

Darkterror and I were just trying to rob some people, we were trying to make vehicles stop and then rob them afterwards, since they did not stop we tried to shoot their tires out.

As far as I know we weren't in any kind of safezone, so we were just allowed to do that? If not so I regret it, since I love to play on this roleplay server.

You and your friend rammed another vehicle. Have you read our rules?

 
As a matter of fact I have read the rules. He did not ram the vehicle on purpose and besides that, how am I responsable for the fact that he accidently rammed a vehicle?

 
The first time I let it go. Then I watched him do it again. You both decamped from the vehicle so I banned you both to be sure I got the VDMer

Also one thing I like to add to this converstation is that the rules mention nothing about ramming other vehicles. Why would someone not be allowed to ram a vehicle if it is a way of making someone stop.

VDM = Instant Ban (We have a anti VDM script however running people over for fun is banable and considered VDM)

 
You dont need to kill someone for it to be considered VDM. If you use your vehicle as a weapon or to ram other vehicles we consider it VDM.

Your friend also got a perm ban for admin abuse. Once you have confirmed you have understood all of our rules provide your GUID for your unban to be processed.
