Good PC for max 3000$?

Hello guys recently i started thinking about new pc and i did  some research And i found alot of pc les then 3000$ and when i mean good pc i mean very good can you guys help me find the right set up?

My Minimum Equipment will be:

CPU:I7 Series 

GPU: GTX 960 or better 

Mobo: (well i have no i dea about wich one will be good its consider by wich cpu will be chosen)

Memory (RAM):16 or more xD(well if have good price for it) and better to be divided 4x4  .etc

Power supply: also consider wich cpu .gpu.etc 

Case: well better to be open one so my pc can "Breath" and also space for extra fans

OS:Window 10 63 bit

In a week or two the new Nvidea series will be released. They're to be way better than anything on the market and with decent prices!

If I were you I'd go with one of those!

I've got a I7-4790 K (i believe, im bad at that stuff!) with a MSI Gaming 5 Mobo, very decent motherboard for the price it comes at =)

@CMO Marc Smithwell better to be build already but wirdt case i have some one that i can spek to and hr can build it for me but again i prefer custom pc that already builded

And @Khandamiri saw that but i not sure ifbthey gone do gtx 1070 ( i guess itsvthe right one) for only 300$ aprox!

The 1080 is said to be at least 2x more powerful than the TITAN X and it claims it'll be on the market for half the price ($599), so I'd imagine the 1070 will be that price??

@Just IL Sea Lion Are you comfortable building custom water cooling loops? would rather have a decent system than a bog standard AIO, also there is a great board i am thinking of with water cooling built in.

I am going to agree on the 1080, would be daft to get the titan with such a massive price difference vs performance.
