Hehe, so I heard that we got a new constabulary, and I found a old footage, which made me laugh abit!

Heard this other day that RTU (Road trafficking unit) was the new HATO / ARACs, since they are to be called if u break a tire, and therefor I must show u this. Im not trying to mock down on anyone or anything, just found it hilarious xD
