that image is very small and quite hard to see, however i would say it's difficult to pick a BAD mobo. You just pick one based on:

• Price
  
• Features for said price
  
• brand loyalty
  
• colour scheme
  
• Obviously ensure it's the right Socket + Chipset for your CPU.
  

So if you have $100 for a new mobo, pick a couple that you think have good features - maybe on-board wifi is a must have for you, or maybe you dont mind if there's no on-board video, but it must have dual m.2 slots etc. Pick a few with a feature set that you like, is within your price range, is a brand you trust (i.e. if you think ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte make all the best stuff, get the ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte mobo) and matches the rest of your pc colour wise.

Once you have a shortlist of ones you would pick for your pc, read some reviews about them and see how other people feel. You might think that the MSI mobo looks really awesome and is a great price - but it could have a fault where it breaks easily, so you decide not to get that one. etc etc.

I personally have a Krait MSI Motherboard I recommend them as their manual is fairly simple to understand and the diagrams of putting the other parts in place. They are aesthetically pleasing and if you have a specific colour scheme also compliments quite well. The BIOS Menu is very easy to use as well.
