It was just honestly a complete accident, I didn't mean to run down the police/NHS officer, I have it on video and you can see there is some slight lag where he appears next to me and I accidentally run him down. As for being in the police station in the first place, the server had been updated fairly recently (possibly that night) and that was a new station, it was just a lapse in common sense on my part.
