you are not VAC'd you just need to restart your PC.

it's a bug which can happen now and then.

If the problem is still there, disable your AV  and try again

I use digital vibrance and i don't get kicked.

The steam vac block thing happens to a lot of people. Keep dig vibrance on and just try and sort that issue.
