Description of what happened: After taking a backpack and attempting to steal my vehicle after I unlocked it, he proceeded to shoot out my tires, then turn and shoot me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]3B)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] RDM[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Well I tried to ask him to leave my car alone...then I tried passing him a note whilst he was shooting at me..went to locate him couldn't find him.
