Description of what happened:
I chased a hemt had some good rp with them came back wanted to logg off i say i wanted to relog in the video wanted to get my self something to eat then i see a bounty hunter AKA cant relog becouse he ofcourse wants me he fires the first shot i try to kill him hit him once his vest safes him he takes me to the police station where fuel gets on the "radio" with me haves a chat with me and i agree of him putting me in jail for it so i can still report the guy and get comp for losing my gun. 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
i tried to tell him to let me go in the carr off carrecter in the chat he didnt want it ( 1mill bounty he wanted ) 
after i got in jail didnt feel like i wanted to talk to him he was being a dick to me in chat aswell so i said ok ill just make a report out of it he didnt care about it .

Disputable:

- happened in UNMC territory, meaning its irrelevant if the gun is illegal or not, its not UK/government controlled zone, if it weren't in that zone, then people running with their guns out are presumed hostile(anyway anywhere)

- using TS or other audio programs for a private chat in front of other person(in this case the chat between the officer & suspect in front of the bounty hunter), I know this is commonly used by the police & community, but god I hate it = TS3(my opinion*), eh I thought this is SERIOUS RP server

- that PARDON of the police officer, oh man, ofc spoken up in your imaginary frequence via radio, bet that bounty hunter has put his earplugs in, while you guys talked in front of him, even through radio

- since you will get out of the prison(suspect), i think there's a big chance that you'll die before you meet him again & ofc i got a feeling already telling me, that you will remind him of this situation, I just presume, nothing else

- the bounty hunter didn't metagamed*, but maybe you will next time when you see him again - stick to NLR

- the suspects last phone call was in fact a threat on the bounty hunters life - should be another fine/ticket for the suspect(to avoid this, make it a private last call, standing a bit away from others close to you)

- bounty hunters are allowed to go into the unmc territory by their own risk, like any other civ, rebel & cop

Not disputable:

- bounty hunters instant taze(as you would say or someone) was used correctly. WHY? The suspect pointed his gun at the bounty hunter, the bounty hunter felt threatened. And the suspect didn't turned his back on the bounty hunter.

- as the bounty hunter came across, he was just observing

- someone with an illegal gun & having it out also, should be always presumed as hostile entity

Bounty hunters feature(+bounty) should stay on this server, no matter what people think of them, it always depends on the people who play as bounty hunter.

Eh, just my opinion & I know i should stay out of here, but common...this report is insignificant/irrelevant

1 more thing, if the suspect wouldn't point + shoot at the bounty hunter at all, then most certainly this report would be valid.

Sorry for posting here, noticed a bit too late, that there's a new template for reporting someone(wont happen again), but I'll just leave this post over here, it should be seen as from a 3rd party's prospective & opinion, which has watched the whole video proof/report on this case.

RP is poor but at the moment in the current rules this is allowed for Bounty hunters.

However changes were made yesterday and a new metagaming rule and other rules surrounding bounty hunters are coming in play within the next day.

This will then be a thing of the past and if not then these BH RP/metagaming reports will be accepted, rejecting this one as no rules have been broken.
