Glitched

So when I spawn in i can't wake up. . .  I mean It tells me to press any key and nothing happens. . . Any suggestions or do I need a clean install? I think it's my location so need my server data deleting :/ -

Try right clicking or setting up your controls by using one of the f1 keys
