Giving people permanent access to house

Hello, is it possible to permanently give people keys to your house. Is a gang shared house possible?

For personal houses you have to give out the keys every restart, there isn't a way to permanently give keys. If you want shared storage though consider buying a gang base as anyone in the gang can access it.
