I would like to also add to any high ranking cops who want to kick me out for carrying an illegal fire arm around , i did hand it in too the cops in the end after the fire fight and didn't want to use it but had to use it to value my life. Even if you feel i should be kicked out for this , talk to me before you create your final decision , thanks.

Description of what happened: Basicly from my knowledge someone had died in a car crash , i had also crashed my car and i was bored and wanted some role play so i run over to see what happened , as i saw he had a very big gun i didn't want any hobo's getting there hands on it and i was going to hand it into Kavala HQ and try and get some role play going with it. After i picked up the weapon some random guy open fired on me with 0 rp. Trying to kill me. I spoke too the guy and tried to open up some rp after he shot me and all he wanted was for me to put my hands on my head so i had to kill him. I was then engaged by other rebels who i would say was not RDM as i killed there member that why they are not reported and that bit was cropped out of the video.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM due to not engaging in any form of role play to get the weapon off of me.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Sadly know i check teamspeek and the guy was not online , and i dont break rp in game via text. I am not a ban happy person but this just isn't good enough as i rarely play in game any more and when im going around with expensive gear i dont wan't people to RDM me as its a lot of time and money wasted on my side.
