It's soon summer again with lovely weather and birds that are singing in the trees. Perfect weather to shut down the curtains and start your PC and get on your RP life, I'm I right?

Wrong! You need fresh air, or as fresh air as possible if you want to be in good mood. I recommend atlest 30 min under the sun with either walking, running or just have a picknick with overpriced sandwiches. So shut down your PC, let your vampire genes be destroyed and discover outside. (Dun dun dun)

I will help ANYONE getting started getting to shape and turn the winter fat into less winter fat. I hope this post will encourage anyone to be outside at least 30 min. This will help your overall mood in-game and you will be less likely to be angry and make mistakes. And best of all, it's free!

 
Walking

We all need to walk to get anywhere at all, and it is not counted as getting to shape, mind you. Reason why is that it is not physical demanding for your body to walk from point A to point B without any weight other then your body and in short distances. Hiking in other hand is physical demanding because of weight and the distance you travel. You need atleast 10 kg of weight in a backpack, can be a shoulder bag, loose fitting clothes, and of course good shoes. The distance can wary between 0.5 miles to 3 miles depending on your speed. You will train your back, leg and shoulder doing this. I suggest if possible to use terrain and natural trails like gravel, grass, mud or sand during your hiking.
