I am new to this forum and gaming pc world, switching over to the darkside i guess having been an avid fan of the xbox, i am seeking more fun with mmorpg i have always been interested in these games and this is perfect for me.

I am looking for buy a starter gaming PC online with a budget of about 550-600.

I am aware that it is best to buy a PC and then purchase the graphic card seperate and build myself i have friends who will help with that.

Is there any chance anyone can hook me up with some good starter kits that will actuall run Altis ?

i have so far only gotten to the point of knowing that i will need a quad core or more and a 4gb graphic card i have my eyes on the £155 saphire 4gb r7 270 i think thats what it is called?

Let me know your suggestions and thanks for helping me out.

Hey dude. This could turn into a big debate but I had a friend with a similar budget and I found all this on Amazon Prime. Just switch the SSD for WD 1TB HDD Blue and ditch the cooler for now. Budget PC sorted: HERE

Thanks a bunch for the hook up ill definitely look at it, for the time being im hoping to just get the pc all in one and then just putting the graphic card in myself rather than building the whole PC

What Rev linked is possibly the best value you're going to get however you could look at the GTX760SC to GTX 960 Benchmark comparison to see if you'll get better results they cost around the same.

Use Dino PC or similar, then. It may not be magnificent for £600, though my friend! If GPU is included, you may have to go AMD.

Graphics card = Irrelevant for Arma 3 engine.

I went from a Radeon HD 5850 to a Geforce GTX 980, I got a 3 FPS boost...

Just make sure you buy a decent processor (Intel) which has a base clockspeed of at least 4 Ghz.

Ideally, overclock that CPU to 4.5 Ghz or something similar and you'll be set for life in Arma 3.
