Will the Geforce Game Ready Driver improve my fps at all? I'm unsure if i should install it?

I appear to have been summoned, so...
To be honest, there have been very rare occasions where a game ready driver may have negative effects on a different game than the ones it is specifically designed to improve but generally there is pretty much no reason not to upgrade as Tadworth said. If you did start having issues with new drivers for whatever reason, you can roll back to a previous version and this would resolve any issues. Myself, I always get the new drivers and Geforce experience updates etc. as you may get an improvement. Although I have had problems once or twice, there's a lot of people around here that could help you with changing back versions if required.
