Gear disappearing

So, I logged into rust finding all my items had been taken. No walls were damaged or removed and the outside of my house was made of armored metal so I doubt anyone replaced it. I guessed someone figured out the code on my doors so I replaced them all including a few separate doors with different codes. I didn't lose much (100k stone, 20k wood and 7k metal) but it was everything I had. Some friends supplied me with some extra stuff which I put in my crates, I went out with nothing but a hatchet and pickaxe to get some stuff and when I returned all my stuff was gone. I am 100% positive no one raided it in that time and no one from AEGIS took it, does anyone know why this might be happening?

people you may have let into your base can /set home, and return when you're offline. I'd advise upping sticks and moving everything over a bit.
