GC Zeiger - RDM

Description of what happened: As me and my gang mates were at weed proccessing about to hold people up, we started getting surrounded by armed men. as you can hear in the video (with mixer turned up and youtube volume increased) you can hear them attempt to give compliance, as you can hear at that time during the situation we didn't make out what was said, 40 seconds later I was shot dead along with my gang mates. I have reported for RDM as I do not feel that only 4 words in that minute was not sufficient enough compliance as they did not ensure that we had registered what they said before they opened fire, they did not say the same thread again or give any other indication to me hens why my confusion at being shot at because I genuinely did not catch what was said by anyone there.

 [SIZE=medium]Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]

 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes he just said we issued compliance and never spoke to me again.

Complience was issued about a minute before, I have recently been testing my microphone with other gang members and they say it's fine so I don't know why you couldn't hear me as I was shouting a lot and since you didn't comply well we decided to shoot. You knew minutes before we were coming up to the hill and you were running around with weapons out which made us feel threatened as well as you guys.

And I could hear "put you're hands up" so why couldn't you? Your friend even told you he could hear me talking, you just blatently ignored me.

Many people have seen this and have agreed this is not great compliance and really poor RP, I hope the admins notice what many people have noticed the really bad RP and not great compliance.

As to this I'd like to know what you have said plus @Khandamir/Paul Montana @Edgar Ville I'm pretty sure your meant to get a warning point for commenting on something your not involved in.

You were running round with a weapon drawn looking for me with someone else AFTER I initaited RP and you didn't listen so what do you expect? You didn't want to comply so I shot you before you could shoot me. It's fair game.

How was I supposed to know you couldn't hear me? I'm not on your computer., as far as I was concerned I was coming through clearly, I told you to put your hands up, you didn't and started running around looking for me with weapons drawn so I opened fire for not listening and I gave you ample time to do so.

I hope that's you in your avatar and you're not just showing some image of a child with a condition, if that was the case, you show no respect and I suggest you change it quickly. (If it is you, you're brave, and you should probably put that in your profile somewhere).

Please stop tagging in moderators on every post you don't like. It's just as much spam as those posting where they shouldn't.
The post reporting works fine, and is the best solution to this. means I have to hide less nonsense.

To the report itself.

• The start of the video cuts in after you've potentially heard talking... well that doesn't help the report in the slightest so now we don't know.
• You "think" you hear talking yet attempt no talking in return, you're too busy looking for a way to ambush them with no communication used.
• You were shot, and still didn't use the opportunity to call out to them.

In this instance, Report Rejected. I need to be honest, the start of the video is cut out. the recording of the game volume is extremely low, i was literally crushing my head with headphones trying to hear anything. I'd love to see with a few minutes prior, and a few minutes after... but I guess that wouldn't happen

If you can't record correctly, it's pointless recording, I cant really hear much in the game and the soundtrack of your respiratory system doesn't assist.

Well I didn't really have a chance to scream stop shooting, like anybody else I was looking for cover and not being in the open.

Plus i record on push to talk so I'm afraid that wasn't my "respiratory system".
