Time & Date this happened: 29/04/15
Which Server did this happen on: Server 1/ TS 01:30 - 03:00
Description of what happened: Attended a bank operation when the server died suddenly. GC parq asked us to continue the situation on TS. I arrived on scene with SPC Rambo, SGT Mctavish and DI Wes mantooth when GC Zeigar attempted to land a mohawk on our hunter consequentially causing his helicopter to roll and break it's rotors on the ground.
When he got out of the Helicopter he had an illegal firearm and was being abusive. Zeigar was restrained and put in the back of the police hunter when he continued to be incredibly aggressive and shout ridiculous slurs towards myself and SPC Rambo. I warned him several times through vehicle (Text chat) to stop being abusive as it wasn't within RP and was borderline bullying with the content of his abuse. After 3 or 4 minutes of abuse the server died again, where I went to team speak to try and explain to zeigar that being abusive is not acceptable, He continued to be abusive on TS so I stopped trying to resolve his misconduct.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1A)[SIZE=medium] Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal[/SIZE]
1C)[SIZE=medium] Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]We expect people to show respect, act like an adult, and if there is a disagreement then disagree in a noble and adult manner.[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, to no success.

Unfortunately, My shadowplay failed to record the abuse in - game.
I did however capture the Abuse on TS.
