Description of what happened: I was arresting 2 men for obstructing, when one said to me (who was also told to leave) "Can you let them go so we can be on our way". When I spoke to him he claimed this was the first initiation of RP by Gc for me to let them go. The second warning was "Officer last warning to let them go... *shots*". No quality roleplay was initiated before shooting.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

 Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he thought he initiated roleplay and didn't expect shots then, but claimed it wasn't RDM. Rob wasn't the first to shoot but he finished me off, still not initiating quality roleplay. I tried to ask who was on that building but nobody admitted. Also he claimed that TI told him that Steph said if any gang member was restrained by the police, you could shoot on sight (RDM).

I do understand i killed you, but i am not the one who shot at you while i was initiating role play with you, that was someone on the roof of the old bounty hunter HQ, as you see in the video i ran in the building then returned  fire as a fire fight had broke out. 

I'm not sure how i can be accountable for someone shooting midway in my initiation... you should be reporting him for rdm not me. You are reporting me for returning fire in a firefight.

Are you reporting me as you could not find the name of the person on the roof?

EDIT: At no point did I say that a admin had told me you could ' Also he claimed that TI told him that Steph said if any gang member was restrained by the police, you could shoot on sight (RDM).'

I have the whole teamspeak on record, that was not me who said that, so do not accuse me of that please.

As said from the start, you killed me, so i'm reporting you. The other guy would be joining the report but nobody is telling me who he is. You shot me without any quality RP, therefore RDM. If you knew this was RDM you should've told them to stop shooting, but you didn't. Also, it was reported you shouted "roleplay initated" at least 4 times, so I can see you made the call (you agreed with this as far as I know),

 
Of course i said RP initiated, i didn't think that what i said wasn't sufficient 'initiation rp.'

Originally you didn't have a problem with me, you wanted the guy who shot first, now you are reporting me.

Originally I wanted to see what happened, but various people were interrupting me and being rude to me at points. If a report was going to be posted, it would be for both people.

 
Alright ill leave it there, iv tried to resolve on teamspeak that went no where so i don't see this going anywhere.

 
i duno why u so salty me and juggs rp with you for like atleast 15 min u where rude to restrain us for no reason at all i mean u obviosly dont know who we are as i heard u told juggs to leave the area he left the area then u went to the new area and u told him to leave that area 2 i mean  u dont own the city. we werent hostile to you i was asking why u restrain my neighbor we where about to drink tea in the yard this is not north korea its a free county u cant restrain people like that, and u restrained me to so from my point of view u kinda abused police power u cant restrain everyone u see and yea that was defenetly not RDM coz after we tryed to rp our freedom our off handcufs witch didnt work coz u where all bossy my friend told you couple of times as i remeber to unrestrain us or you will be shot ... i bet we where the only group in that situation that actualy wanet to rp with you guys but yea u just wanet to take us to the station for no reason AT ALL so u got shot .

All I asked is you leave, you messed around mentioning private property on a pavement, I tried to move you along a bit as we don't know who you are and if you're going to pull a gun. As me and Rob discussed there were 2 "initations". Both of which are listed here, no mention of being shot was said until I was shot... You could have had guns, which you did and you may have disrupted our soon-to-be operation.

we said your fellow officers are running inside houses witch is private property (we said i was walking the dog on the pavemnet) on the video you say lets take them to the station not move us a bit .so your logic is restrain everyone coz they might have a gun. i have nothing against you but i think that is  just wrong.

 
That has nothing to do with the report, however that is not what i think. I see a man in full military camo who isn't cooperating woth police on an island with lots of guns...

my point is rp was iniciated for a while and we didnt get to an agreement so shots where fired and also i was dressed as a hobo and i got restrained for no reason aperently u just saw my name and restrained me just in case 

and yes i think i m right on the topic with this conversation

I Dont know what are u trying to pull off here but roleplay was iniciated over 10-15 min was active rolaply  uve been told couple of time unrestrain us in the process and at the end uve been orderd to unrestain us or you will be shot i mean i dont know your past with Rob but for me this looks like a revenage for something or u just dont like this guy or u just dont like GC in global and u are just angry...

i think ill stay off this post for now but u shoud think about it man this thing you are doing trying to get him banned and he folowed the rules in the procces is not good at all we are all adults here well me and rob we can just talk on teamspeak and review the thing if u like

Actually now that Gramatik mentions it. Ross could you include maybe 5-10 mins before where i started warning you?

Others warned you aswell, so if you would that would be great!

 
I could try, but it took me a good 3 and a half hours to upload that after troubleshooting. 

In the end, Rob you said I was warned twice which were shown there... No mention of being shot or anything was given. If you warned me 5-10 minutes before anyway, that's still poor rp to be honest. My video is there and i'll wait for the outcome.

There is a difference between starting to roleplay and compliance to shoot. As I mentioned if it was the other way about the story would be much different.

 
Gave it a go, same issues as before and the same fixes didn't work. To be honest, you can see there is no hostility in the area until shots are fired.

 
Rather see the video to make sure.... as there were warnings...

EDIT: as this is a report about getting me banned, i think every bit of that video should be shown, just to clarify things.

Your story has changed... only 2 warnings and now your attitude has improved and you're suddenly mentioning warnings... Even if it was before this then tbh it's too long...

Two warnings from me, i never said the others were from me did i?

So if you could please upload the whole thing starting from you asking us to leave the area, then you following us around the corner to you restraing people for 'having rebel gear', then where i warn you that would be great!

~ i think the full video might make this go smoother for all parties as the is a cloudy report
