Description of what happened:

[Gc] Phalanx started to troll in side chat after I asked another person to come on to TS to solve an issue about RDM. Phalanx was spamming side with "Salty" and being quite provocative. He then joined my private gang channel to speak with JStar, I intervened to suggest he stop trolling in side chat, then he began to troll in my gang channel, being extremely childish.  
 
What Rule Was Broken?:

3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.

18A) [SIZE=medium]Common Sense[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium]This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak.[/SIZE]

 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:

There was no need due to the level of immaturity of [Gc] Phalanx

I first and foremost would like to apologize for my actions, I understand it deeply hurt you and it extremely hurt other playing seeing salty in the chat.

I ask that you forgive me and we can start fresh, and that the people, can forgive me for my stupid actions.

I understand also that it hurt your friends to. The reason for my "rage" was because of an action that shall not be mentioned here as I do not want to start anything, that involved a member of your gang.

I am not "hurt" in anyway at all. I do not respect the way you behaved in this adult community. 

I do not believe your apology is genuine therefore it is not forgiven. You have been provocative towards me and my gang in many occasions and the report stands.

Its not very mature by doing all this, I am owning up to my mistakes, I am apologizing, Im being mature about this, but by holding a grudge, well no, thats not very mature.

You see Lincoln, I would like to start fresh,you and I had a rough start "back in the day" and it didn't help your friend JStar was communicating through TS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE TOOK HIS COMS... As shown in the video below:

And not only that Lincoln, but YOU were communicating to him, knowing fine well he was a hostage with his COMS taken, so, my point is, I was willing to let this slide but as you clearly can't then I will do the same.

We all break a rule here and there, but as this is my first, I am asking for forgiveness, and that I can forgive the rule you broke, so it's up to you, forgive each other (I would like to) or just continue hating each other, which is what it seems you want, which isn't mature at all, so what's it to be eh?

Make up (Mature) -Phalanx & ???

Hate each other (Not mature) -???

This in not the place for sarcastic shit i don't have the time or a a care in the world for it. This is your one and only warning. Also when people try to talk to you on ts about a issue no matter what you think of them try to be mature. 

2: Side chat is not a place to wind people up, talk shit, or be rude to each other. No matter what is being said. 

No ban will be issued here tho. But i do want a response from Phalanx.
