Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): [Gc] Fierce
Time & Date this happened: 13/08/15, around 7:30PM UK Time
Which Server did this happen on: 2
Description of what happened: [Gc] Fierce was lockpicking my car and multiple times [TI] Nikale told him to back off, and he did not and so he was killed. Shortly after the medic came over to revive him and I, [TI] JakeW told him to not revive him, to which [Gc] Linx responded with an out of roleplay insult (not caught on record unfortunately) saying 'shut the fuck up you squeaky fuck' to which Nikale felt was completely out of order, and so killed him. Shortly after (Fierce had been revived at this point), Nikale had left the scene and out of nowhere, myself, and [TI] Petersson were both killed and Equilibrium was fired upon (all of them were completely unarmed and did not show any real signs of being really associated with [TI] Nikale) but not killed by [Gc] Fierce. Bearing in mind I was with these 3 people, but without him using the tags above our heads/the tilde key, he would not know this.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
and
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
4C) Using tilde key for anything other than identifying people who break rules
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, but his attitude remained the same and relatively toxic and he with insisted that it was not RDM and we even had the co-leader of Gc, Ali present and even he was disappointed with how Fierce handled it, and removed him from Gc, however it seems this has been overruled and he is now in Gc again.

Also note: The reason i Metagamed [Gc] Linx name was becuase he verbal abused out of role play and i considered this as braking rules, so thats why, but this has now be sorted with [Gc] Linx.
