[Gc] Brad Steward - Multiple Rules

Description of what happened: He flew above Kavala. We gave him multiple warnings to leave the area. We've also shot warningshots at him already. After a few minutes he comes back and we open fire. He then escapes in the greenzone. Drops someone off. Stores chopper after going in a short hover and imidiatly jumps off the building. A few minutes after, we found him back in the HQ. (breaking NLR), but no evidence of that. 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 
 
6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (Punishment is a ban)
2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal) Hospital is not a place where you can store a chopper.
3C) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense.
Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or a unappealable ban depending on the admins decision).
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. I've send him messages on TS. Then he disconnets and is still ingame. Tried to reach him ingame, but he doesn't respond.

I was in that operation as well and personally sent him a warning message to leave the city limits or be shot at, which he ignored and proceeded to lower his altitude, after which I shot two warning Tracer shots in front of him. This happened just before Droge's video.
He had plenty of time to respond to our warnings and leave the area.

I believe that I shouldn't be banned because I don't believe I was in active combat seeing as I never engaged with anyone or committed RP. I took the risk myself of flying the chopper into Kavala.... I think that this isn't that big of a deal and it may happen occasionally. I'm sorry if I have caused any inconvenience.... Also I had never realised that you had texted me over TS seeing as the coms in Gc are horrific and was not paying much attention to TS at the time.  If I was still in game at the time you could have texted me and I would have realised and spoke to you. But at the moment in time had not seen what was wrong. I don't believe I'm a Toller and never try to, I had just panicked at the time and didn't think of my actions. Like a said sorry for the inconvenience and it won't happen again. This is my belief's if you have any problem with them just tell me and I can explain.

If texted you on TS, I have texted you ingame. When you respawned and came back to the police HQ (breaking NLR) if send you multiple messages in directhat as wel. We have send you multiple warning messages via the mobile phone to leave Kavala airspace and you did not. We've also fired warningsshots a few times before. How can you not notice that? And why did you suicide of the building immediately after you stored your chopper on a hospital? Is this how you behave on a roleplayserver?
