GC Ali (Rejected - However GC Read!)

Time & Date this happened: 3/ 1 / 2015  aprox 9pm
 
 
Description of what happened: I lockpicked and stole a truck from herion processing and attempted to drive to the chop shop, when i arrived i was met by GC Ali who opened fire, i knew i was caught and fearing for my life stopped, turned off the engine and got out shouting i give up. GC Ali then shot me without a word.
I was hoping that a large gang like Goose Cartel would be intrested in roleplaying in a situation such as this. i had surrendered and was no threat. if he had said a single word before killing me i would not be complaining. This seemed wrong to me but ill let admins decide.
 
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes in side chat but he did not think he did anything wrong.

GC Ali kills me at the very end of this video, ive included the theft and journey to the chop shop to show i was not engaged in dialogue at any time

I have to admit, you did well stealing that hemmet box. unfortunately you stole from the wrong people.

We don't mess around when it comes to drugs and our personal belongings being stolen from us. As you had stolen one of our vehicles full of the sweet drug that we call heroin you can consider yourself killed.

I have to admit killing you like that is not the nicest ways about it or the best role-playing experience. But you did steal one of our vehicles meaning that we could kill you, Ali  should not have killed you like that, especially that you were unarmed and Stated that you gave up, but I gave the order that you needed to die not knowing what was going down on Alis end. 

I apologise for this as this is shit Role-playing and if I was put in your shoes I would do the same.

Well i admit that its lack of RP but its not RDM. If you steal one of my friends hemmt and drive it directly to the chop shop you deserve to die. And for the record if you want to RP with someone dont jump in their hemmt and drive it directly to the chop shop then beg for your life. And you should've told me that you gave up while in the truck because i never stopped firing and when you got out i aimed on you and killed you.

P.S he had a friend in a orca who was following him and i consider that there was someguys in the chopper with weapons so i didnt want to lose anytime. I repaired it lockpicked it and drove it back to the black jack. And this may classified as a 'shitty roleplay' but its not an RDM you initiated the roleplay by stealing our truck. And i apologise for the shitty roleplay and i will improve it :) Actually i am not that bad at RP but shit happens :p

Your gang leaders orders are superseded by the server rules, if he is ordering you to kill someone you still need to follow server rules while doing so, ie engage in RP if they are no threat and giving up. Stating we are a dangerous group in the forums after the fact is no excuse for ignoring RP. As i said before all you had to do was say anything and this report wouldn't exist, i dont feel any malice towards you or your gang, i care about RP being followed on the server, and it would have been fun to engage with you guys. 

The video shows that you do stop shooting for a second or two when i shout i give up and then you kill me, you made a choice to shoot me after you heard what i said.

The Orca was nothing to do with me, i thought they were with you too be honest.

 
Well you got a point i admit it i should've engaged roleplay with you that was wrong i didnt but this is not a RDM it is lack of roleplay RDM means random death match and you were not a random guy so you cant classify this as RDM its just a lack of roleplay as you said. But about engaging roleplay when you stole the truck you did engaged roleplay and at the end it was my decision to shoot you or talk with you but i decided to shoot you that was a wrong call i could've talked with you but like i said shit happens some times but its just a lack of roleplay not an RDM case. And again like i said ill try and improve my roleplay :)

PS like i stated i didnt ignored the roleplay you already engaged roleplay by stealing that truck :)

Not RDM for me just piss poor roleplay from GC Ali

You stole there truck so yes they have every right to shoot at it and engage pissed off RP.... i cant ban for this but the roleplay which could of came from this, Tieing you up.... leaving you in a cave somewhere to rot... dropping you into the sea miles from coast

Come on GC get creative!
