[Gc] Ali RDM

I did some weed. i had my vehicle parked 300m out of drug dealer, and was delivering weed to drug dealer, when GC ali followed me and told me to pull over my truck, didn't listen and tried to get away, got away to 600meters and within 1minute no gunshots were made, after it i proceed with the RP to basic robbery, i gave him some stuff and he said "after that u did a minute ago got me mad, i think imma gonna just shoot you" and he shot me to the hospital sideyard. I wasn't in combat since the 1minute was passed. i dont see any options to give him rights to shoot me there. please clear this up for me so maybe next time he or i can so something rite.
