Description of what happened: PC Ryuk and I got RDM'd by GarryZ

PC Ryuk and some undercover police officers have witnessed the incident. They may testify as well. PC Ryuk can be seen shot down at the beginning of the video, just check the chat box, you'll see that he got killed as well.
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
