Add a bin sanitaeion job up palito / sandy to bring more rp up that way and people that own shops and fuel stations will start making a little more money...

Yep good idea especially since when you speak to the sanitation guy he shows you the route is LS-City, could add multiple other routes and have an option to select one, or like mentioned above just add another NPC up north for a different area of bin work.
