It is really handy, when you spawn in you can spawn in your house get some good stuff and then take out a car from your garage, but please note you cannot take trucks out of your garage!

well it takes up a slot in your houses and you can only have 3. so id rather spend my money on a house near a garage rather than buy an actual garage..

Yes but for example garages in agios are really good because back in the day there was an actual garage there to pull trucks out to do weed runs...

You can pull a car and rob weed and lsd really quickly...

I don't really have the need to store lots of stuff in houses so I have 2 garages, one in Theresa, allowing me easy access to the Theresa airport. My other one is the only garage in the main airport, behind the air repairs, again meaning I can just spawn in, drive/run 100m and get my helis/planes out. 

Peronally I prefer garages as they're no risk (can't be robbed etc) and good for spawn points. So if you don't have enough stuff to warrant lots of storage houses then I'd recommend some strategically placed garages

Yo Conor, if you ever plan on selling the Theresa garage I would gladly pay upwards of 2 mil for it at least, would come in handy for me.
