yes... it seems a bit pointless having a garage right next to kavala garage considering you might aswell just get your car out in the normal garage. but just think of all the time you will save when you are just waking up in your garage. you dont have to run all the way to the garage from some random house you fell asleep in during some party... and if some hobo is blocking the garage you can just use your garage!
