Gang with part time members

So i have made this gang (ugandan airlines). It has part time members (people that are part of another gang and they are not actually in the gang ingame) but they are able to do everything a full time member can do. We have six members, three full time and three part time. Does this make us eligible for a gang teamspeak?

Yes all you need is this. (So with your 6 normal members everything should be fine) 

• An official 'Gang Announcement' post [In this Section]
  
• Updated Roster - You don't have to be actively recruiting, but you do need to make yourselves known to the community. Please include a list of your current active members and playerID's
  
• Unique Roleplay Background story minimum of 100 Characters. [Support members can deny dependent on their discretion]
  
• The Gang Founder is allowed up to THREE Gang leader TS tags MAX including the founder but the responsibility for all the actions fall to the gang founder.
  
• 6 or more ACTIVE members frequently online
  
• 5 members of said gang online at time of creation
  
• Reread the Rules - As an established gang we expect you to know the details of the server and TeamSpeak Rules, and to follow them at all times.
